If you have been involved in an accident, it is important to make sure everyone involved is physically okay. Afterward, we can help arrange transportation for you if your vehicle is not drivable. You should try to get the other person’s contact and insurance information as soon as possible and bring that information with you when you come in for an estimate. We will explain the rest of the process when you arrive.
You are responsible for the other person’s damage, but you have the right to pay for their repairs (and your own) out-of-pocket. You may want to get an estimate on both vehicles before deciding how to pay for the damage.
A direct repair shop is a facility that works directly with your insurance company as a preferred shop. Auto body shops earn the right to be a preferred facility by meeting certain criteria. Included in these requirements are certified technicians, a record of excellent workmanship and satisfied customers, and proper equipment. A preferred shop writes the actual estimate, orders parts, and repairs the vehicle without an insurance adjuster being involved.
No. There is no law in Kentucky that requires you to do so. Sometimes, insurance agencies ask a claimant to get three estimates so they can work with the least expensive repair facility. If you prefer that your vehicle be repaired at a certain facility, simply let your agent know. In Kentucky, you have the right to take your vehicle to the facility of your choice.
A vehicle is a considered “total loss” when the cost of repairs exceeds a pre-determined value for your vehicle. In Kentucky this value is set at 75% of the vehicle’s fair assessed value – commonly called the “book value”.

Yes. If your vehicle is non-driveable, we may be able to place you in a vehicle within minutes. If covered by your insurance policy, we can arrange to have a rental car available to you through the Nation’s largest rental car agency—Enterprise.
You may wash you vehicle the same day it is painted, in fact, we clean your vehicle inside-and-out before it is delivered to you. Please avoid using harsh chemical cleaners on the fresh paint. You may polish and wax your vehicle after approximately 90 days.
